Group: For members of Advanced Band or Orchestra

Audition fee: $30
Conference Fee: $75
Students in GCHFA's most advanced instrumental ensembles have the opportunity of auditioning for All-State. During their audition preparation, they will focus on musical details such as musical articulation, phrasing, dynamics, and play all of the 12 major scales. During their audition, they will receive sight reading and perform it on the spot.
Students who are accepted into All-State will have rehearsals and performances with their designated ensemble throughout the Thursday through Saturday of the FMEA Conference.​​

It is required that students are current members of GCHFA's Advanced Band or Orchestra.
