Know Before You Enroll!

If your child is interested in learning to play a band or string instrument, sign up for one of our free instrument fittings to see and try the instruments in person.

If your child is undecided about an instrument, you can still enroll and select “Applied String Undecided” or “Beginning Band Undecided" when choosing your classes.
Supplies & Rentals

Books used for band and orchestra are Essential Elements by Hal Leonard; find them through a local music store or order online.

Black music stands are required for students in all classes with the exception of choir and Music & Motion. See an example from Amazon here.

Every student who enrolls will receive a black GCHFA polo shirt. Those who want to purchase an extra one may do so at GCHFA.

By enrolling, you will be agreeing to abide by our code of conduct, which is included in our Program Guide. Be sure to go over it with your children before you enroll!

Please remember that GCHFA is a full year program—the cost for the entire year is to be paid even if you choose to withdraw from the program.
