What you need to know

Know Before You Enroll!

Program Guide

  • Read before enrolling as you will be asked to agree to the information included.

  • Expectations, code of conduct, costs and fees, payments, and more are all included!

Payment Policies

  • Details are in the Program Guide under "10. Payments & Fees". 

  • GCHFA is a full year program -- all tuition is due regardless of the number of classes skipped or dropped.

  • GCHFA is a SUFS direct pay provider!

Instrument Undecided?

  • If your child is interested in learning to play a band or string instrument, sign up for one of our free instrument fittings to see and try the instruments in person.

  • If your child is undecided about an instrument, you can still enroll and select “Applied String Undecided” or “Beginning Band Undecided" when choosing your classes.

Supplies & Rentals

  • Before classes begin, enrolled families will receive a "first day checklist" -- a list of all materials they will need to obtain prior to the first day of classes.

  • Recommended brick-and-mortar and online stores for instrument purchases and rentals can be found by clicking the button below.
